This sea salt is infused with rosemary, sage, thyme, roasted garlic, and lavender for a tradition Herbes de Provence taste. This aromatic salt is wonderful to add to grilled foods, or to season oil to use as a bread dip. This sea salt comes straight from the Monterey Bay, and is dried using a solar drying system. These mouthwatering salts are then flavored with herbs and spices that the owner, Robert Kirkland, grows himself or sources as locally as possible.
